Salt lagoon is a small and peaceful waterside community
within the Lagos sub region with over 20,000 inhabitants. It has several modern
buildings and beautiful trees along its streets. Although it is majorly a
fishing community, the people there came from various walks of life. It has
some few Hospitals, Police stations and Schools; in addition to other several
public amenities within.
Flinger Nose, also called FN, is one of the students of the
GO International School. He is a light skinned, bow legged and a hat wearing
boy with a conspicuously protruding nose as his identity.
He is perceived as an unintelligent child by his parents
and most of his school teachers. And his poor report sheets always testify to
this by the end of every school term. He
is either the last in the class, or second to the last, only followed by his
friend and partner in frivolity, Bolanle Taylor, a dark skinned boy, popularly
called Bolly Tay.
