The Dictionary hacked

A long time ago when the English dictionary was still pass word protected and only the academic professors and well educated people could log into; some groups of geeks, hackers and academic dropouts came together and decided to liberate the ordinary people and make the English language more user friendly.  At first they hacked into the dictionary and when they discovered that they couldn't make any sense of most of the vocabularies there they decided to change and re-write the rules.

They infected the English dictionary with viruses and soon some words that meant something in the pasts began to take some new meanings, they also coined some new words and distorted some right spellings. Now several years down the line people can't even differentiate between what was in the past and what is today anymore. And soon it began to affect all strata of lives of the unsuspectingly people; even the teachers too are not excluded.

The lists are endless, but I have tabulated some few of the affected words below. Some people don’t even know the actual meanings of these English words any more. Do you?
